A proud moment for Arunachal Pradesh first Indian woman to be appointed as AIBA’s coaches committee member

Dr. Tadang Minu becomes the first Indian woman to be appointed as AIBA’s coaches committee member.

Dr. Minu, an assistant professor at Rajiv Gandhi University (RGU), was appointed to the post by the AIBA, considering her vast experience in the field of boxing.

She is also the president of the Arunachal Amateur Boxing Association.

Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu first informed it on Twitter.

CM Khandu wrote on Twitter, “Happy to hear the news that Dr. Tadang Minu Ji has been selected as the member of Coaches Committee of International Boxing Association (AIBA).
Congratulations Dr. Tadang Ji on becoming the first Indian woman to be appointed for such a coveted post. We are all proud of you!”
