Finally, the Election Commission of India has announced the dates of the by-poll of three Assembly seats of West Bengal.

On 30th September. by-polls will be held in Bhabanipur, Samserganj and Jangipur of West Bengal and Pipli (Odisha).

Counting of votes will be held on 3rd October.

According to some political analysis, it is a big relief for West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee who already lost the present opposition leader of West Bengal Shuvendu Adhikari from Nandigram Constituency.

According to the constitution of India West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee needs to win this bypoll within Six months to continue as a Chief Minister.
