Veteran Communist leader Bijan Dhar passes away on Monday at 4-07 am In a Private Hospital in Kolkata/
Dhar was the Central Committee of CPIM, former Secretary of Tripura State Committee & Convenor, Left Front.
Bijan Dhar has been found positive for Covid-19 in September.
Recently CPIM state Secretary Gautam Das also passed away in a hospital Kolkata due to a Covid infection.
CPIM party sources said, initiatives were taken to bring the mortal remains of the Dhar to Agartala.
