Tomorrow there is an event at Science City space theatre auditorium, a zonal level dance competition, from where dance troupes for participation on Republic Day at Janpath would be selected. The winners would have to participate in the national level competition to be eligible to perform on Janpath.
Ministry of Defence is organising the event as part of Azadi ki amrut mahotsav with support from Ministry of Culture.
Public should be aware of the tough competition West Bengal would be facing to be on centrestage! This year there are four forms of dances – Fusion, Classical, Folk and Tribal.
