Joseph is a young and passionate coach who has previously worked as the Head Coach of the U18 Roundglass Punjab FC side. He also has prior experience of coaching the Roundglass Punjab FC reserves.
With the inclusion of Joseph, the club has completed their coaching team which already consists of Head Coach – Andrey Chernyshov, Football Secretary and Team Manager – Dipendu Biswas, Goalkeeping Coach – Sandip Nandy and fellow Assistant Coach Sayeed Ramon.
