The preparation phase of Calcutta League has started. On Monday, the IFA secretary Joydeep Mukherjee did a meeting with the clubs of the fourth division, fifth division groups A and B. Under-16s in Group B, under-17s in Group A and under-18s in the Fourth Division will play the tournaments. Prize money has been increased in all these divisions this year.
It has been made mandatory to have D licensed coaches in each of these divisions. The Group B matches of the 5th Division will probably start on 25th May, the Group A matches on 26th May and the 4th Division matches on 28th May.
