The Northeast Frontier Railway has decided to continue the running of weekly summer special train between Rangapara North and Puri stations to clear extra rush of passengers during summer season. The services of this train have been extended to run for more seven trips in both way journey from 13th June till 27th July, 2022.
Train No. 05870 (Rangapara North – Puri) special will depart from Rangapara North railway station at 05:00 hours on every Monday from 13th June till 25th July, 2022 to reach Puri at 11:00 hours on Tuesday. In return direction, train No. 05869 (Puri – Rangapara North) special will leave Puri railway station at 05:00 hours on every Wednesday from 15th June till 27th July, 2022 to reach Rangapara North at 10:00 hours on Thursday.
The train will run via Rangiya, New Jalpaiguri, Kharagpur and Bhubaneswar, and will have two luggage cum brake vans, five AC 3-tier, eleven sleeper class and two general second class coaches.
The details of stoppages and timings of this train are available on IRCTC website and through NTES. Passengers are requested to verify the details before undertaking their journey.
