The Presidential elections in India will be held on on July 18. The ruling NDA candidate Droupadi Murmu and united opposition’s candidate Yashwant Sinha among the contestant of Presidential election 2022. Droupadi Murmu was appointed the first woman governor of Jharkhand in May 2015 and united opposition’s candidate Yashwant Sinha was Finance Minister of Atal Bihari Bajpayee led government.

Tripura:
In Tripura total 60 MLA in legislative assembly , 2 Lok Sabha MP and 1 Rajya Sabha member from this state. The ruling BJP has 36 MLAs while its ally, the Indigenous People’s Front of Tripura, has a strength of seven legislators. The BJP has two Lok Sabha MPs and one Rajya MP ( which is now vacant because Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha who is the now elected Assembly by election on June). The number of CPI(M) MLAs is 15 and the Congress has one legislator.
Meghalaya:
Total 60 MLA in Meghalaya , 2 Lok Sabha member ( one NPP and one Congress ) and One Rajya Sabha MP from Meghalaya. Total 46 is from ruling side NPP (23) UDP (8) INC (5) PDF (4) BJP (2) HSPDP (2) IND (2) and opposition AITC (12) Others (2) KHNAM (1) NCP (1).
Manipur :
Total 60 MLA from Manipur, 2 Lok Sabha MP ( and 1 BJP and 1 NPF ) and 1 ( BJ member are elected to Rajya Sabha from Manipur. The Bharatiya Janata Party led 54 members from the ruling party BJP (32) NPP (7) JD(U) (6) NPF (5) KPA (2) IND (2) and 6 members from opposition Congress (5) and 1 Independent in Manipur.
Sikkim:
Total 32 MLA from Sikkim and 1 Loksabha MP and 1 Rajya Sabha MP. Total 31 MLA of NDA and others 1.
Arunachal Pradesh :
Total 60 MLA from Arunachal Pradesh , 2 Lok Sabha MP and 1 Rajya Sabha MP. The ruling Bharatiya Janata Party ( 41 and 7 JDU MLA switched BJP after 2019 Assembly election ) NPP 5 , Congress 4 , IND 2 , JDU 1 and TMC 1.
Nagaland :
60 MLA from Nagaland. 1 Lok Sabha MP and 1 Rajya Sabha. The Nationalist Democratic Progressive Party 42, BJP 12,NPF 4 and others 2.
Mizoram :
Total 40 MLA in Legislative Assembly. MNF (28) opposition (6) ZPM (6) Others (6) Congress(5) BJP (1). Lok Sabha MP and 1 Rajya Sabha MP.
Assam :
The highest 126 MLA in Legislative Assembly . BJP has 63 MLAs while its ally AGP 9, UPPL 7 and BPF 3. The opposition Congress 27, AIUDF 15 , Rajyor Dol 1 , CPI(M) 1 Lok Sabha MP ( BJP -9, AIUDF-1, Congress 3 and IND -1 ) and 7 Rajya Sabha ( BJP allies has 6 Rajya Sabha seat ) and others 1 .
