On the occasion of 75th Independence Day of the Nation, a wreath laying was conducted at Vijay Smarak, Fort William, Kolkata this morning. In a dignified military ceremony, Lt Gen Rana Pratap Kalita, UYSM, AVSM, SM, VSM, GOC, Eastern Command laid wreath at Vijay Smarak. He paid rich tributes to the Bravehearts on this auspicious occassion.
Maj Gen Sandeep Singh Kahlon, VSM ,GOC Bengal sub area ,Lt Gen Kamal Kumar Repswal, COS , Eastern Command ,senior millitary officers, JCOs and other ranks were also present.
