76th Independence Day celebrated in Badarpur Vidya Mandir High School


Badarpur Vidya Mandir Celebrated 76th Independence Day in a befitting manner on 15th August by arranging various programmes through out the day . Sri Bhulanath Paul, Headmaster of the school hoisted the National Flag and delivered his valuable speech. Mr. Paul discussed about the object and importance for celebrating Independence Day. He urged students to be good citizen, good human being and patriotic. He told, today’s students are the future of tomorrow. So he advised students to get proper education .


That day in different programs, class ten student Nirupam Malakar played the role of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, Indrajit Basfore showed different techniques of Taekwondo, class II to class VIII students showed different skills of Pyramid.


In cultural program most of the students of different classes performed different items . Teachers of the school also performed patriotic songs. At last there were Prize distribution ceremony where the Headmaster distributed Prizes among the winners of different competitions held on 10 August.


Finally the celebration comes to an end with a vote of thanks followed by the National Anthem. The headmaster thanked to all the teachers and students for their support & cooperation for making the three days celebration on the occassion of Azadi Ka Mahotsav a grand success.
