AGCL Margherita Branch office poor service towards consumers

Assam Gas Company Ltd (AGCL) Margherita Branch has been cheating consumers in the name of Bills which on Monday consumer gathered at AGCL Margherita branch office and shouted against the employees.

One Consumer said that earlier per unit was Rs 15 now it Rs 26.13 which without any notice AGCL management have increased the tariff and now instead of every month the bill comes after two and, three months for which we get difficulty to pay the bill.


Every time in the name of bill many malpractices are done by the employees of AGCL Margherita Branch where we have to come to office and make correction of our bills which has became a routine duty of every consumers of AGCL Margherita Branch said a Consumer.

At AGCL Margherita Branch which stretches from Powai to Jagun area there are only two staffs which from field duty to office work only two staffs have to maintain and this is due to only AGCL head office Duliajan negligency towards Margherita Branch office as only two staffs have to work day and night said a Consumer.

We demand to Margherita MLA Bhaskar Sharma and Margherita Administration (Civil) to take strong measure against the management of Assam Gas Company ltd management said consumers of AGCL Margherita Branch.
