Central Warehousing Corporation (CWC),Regional Office, Guwahati has conducted a Warehouse Manager’s Conference on 22nd August 2022 with its Warehouse Managers situated in the State of Nagaland, Tripura, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur and Mizoram in the Green Wood Resort Khannapara
Central Warehousing Corporation is one of the Class-I Mini Ratna CPSE which is the premium warehousing agency under the Govt. of India. The program was chaired by the Regional Manager, Smt E.S. Brisohbar Sh.D.C.Deka, Ex-Warehouse Manager,CW-Dhubri was also present as a guest of honour, who inspired new brigades with his experience in the warehousing business and how he even overcome some strong threatening circumstances. Besides, Sh.Vikramaditya Choudhury, Motivational Speaker who inspired and encouraged the new Warehouse Managers to accept the changes and merge forward towards new dimensions and achieve their goal.
During the conference all the managers of the organization cherished their achievements and shared their thoughts of expansion, vision of development in the warehousing sector and discussed their objectives.
Some of the Warehouse Managers also came up with innovative ideas for the expansion of the region and explore possibilities on the opening of the East West corridor. Several issues related to Paddy Procurement, PDS, Farmers benefits and other aspects of warehousing services have been discussed. The organization has achieved remarkable heights in Warehousing Sectors and thousands of Governments as well as leading private sector companies are associated with this organization. The organization is also helping the farmers by providing e-NWR under WDRA, where the farmers can easily get financial loans from reputed nationalists banks against their stocks stored in CWC warehouses .
