Based on specific inputs regarding presence of a suspected cadre in general areas of Baghjan, Tinsukia, troops of Rupai Battalion of Red Shield Division under the aegis of Spear Corps launched an operation with Doomdooma police on 24 Aug 2022.
The swift action of the Security Forces resulted in apprehension of two linkman of ULFA(I) alongwith two Pt 32 mm pistol and two Pt 22 mm pistol.
Both link men with recoveries have been handed over to Doomdooma police for further investigation.
