BSF ORGANIZED THE CLOSING AND FELICITATION CEREMONY OF HINDI PAKHWADA AT FRONTIER HEADQUARTERS SOUTH BENGAL

On 29th September’ 2022, at 1000 hrs, the Hindi Pakhwada was concluded and the honor ceremony was organized in the premises of the Frontier Headquarters South Bengal. The programme was inaugurated by the Chief Guest Dr. Atul Fulzele, IPS, Inspector General, South Bengal Frontier. In this function Officers of the force, subordinate officers and jawans participated.

In the year 2021-22, Inspector General rendered the citation to the officers who worked excellent in Hindi and the personnel who got first, second and third place by participating in various competitions. A total of 22 personnel were awarded citations in this function.

In the end, the Inspector General gave detailed information about the importance of Hindi in his speech. He said that Hindi has got the status of official language and the force headquarters has rated 87.1 percent of the work in Hindi. He appreciated this headquarters and the Battalions coming under it, which played an important role in the development and upliftment of Hindi. Hindi as a language is not only the identity of India, but it is also the true conductor, communicator and representative of our values, culture and values. With being a very simple, easy and accessible language, Hindi is probably the most important language in the world, which has a large number of people who understand, speak and want it all over the world. He further said that today’s poetry recitation indicates that in this force, Hindi is not only used in the office, but our jawans also hum on the border using poetry and music.
