Along with Border security, BSF is always ready to help the Border residents. Today this type of work was done by the troops of 141 Battalion.
The incident took place in the evening of 9th October’ 2022 at around 1615 hrs, in village Biswapara falling under the area oof 141 Battalion under South Bengal Frontier. When a 06 year old girl of Bacchu Rehman was playing on the roadside, a speeding motorcycle hit her, due to which she was badly injured. When this information was received by the company commander of Border Out Post Jalangi, he immediately sent BSF Ambulance along with Nursing Assistant to the spot where the said girl was given first aid and admitted to the nearby Civil Hospital, Sadikhan. From there, after the advice of the doctor, further the injured girl was admitted to the Civil Hospital, Domkal. The condition of the girl is said to be fine now.
The family members of the injured girl expressed their gratitude to the Border Security Force and stated that if the BSF jawans had not helped at the right time, something big could have happened.
The Commanding Officer of 141 Battalion stated that the Border Security Force always works on the Border with alertness and at the same time is always ready to help the people living on the Border. Due to which there is a cordial relationship between the Border Security Force and the Border residents.
