The Meghalaya State Commission for Women today 6th December 2022 organized a programme on International Day for Elimination of Violence Against Women (VAW) at the Conference Hall, Directorate of Social Welfare, Shillong.
During the programme, Smti P. Toi, Chairperson Meghalaya State Commission for Women and D.D Shira, Director of Social Welfare released a Short Film entitled ‘KeinNoh!’ and the ‘Report of the Exploratory Study on the Socio Economic Status and Problems of Single Mothers in Meghalaya’.
