The Brass and Jazz band of BSF Meghalaya today enthralled the audience present at the Rama Krishna Mission School, Sohbar, East Khasi Hills district, Meghalaya.
As part of the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, the band performed many popular patriotic tunes at its programme organized today and mesmerized the audience with emotions and love for the country.
More than 450 schoolchildren enjoyed the programme. Swami Anurag Nandha Maharaja, Head of RKM Sohra was invited as the chief guest in the programme.
BSF Officials, during the speech said that the Band show demonstrated aimed to spread awareness of national integration and evoke a sense of patriotism among the public and school children. The audience was also requested and motivated to participate in ‘Swachhta Pakhwada’ an initiative of the Government of India from Dec 1 to 15 2022.
