Adhiraj Barua, a resident of Jamsedpur, Jharkhand on monday through All India bicycle tour reached Margherita with aim of conveying the message of Lord Buddha world peace, national integration and against forced child marriage across the country.
He started cycling from Jamsedpur, Jharkhand on Ist October 2021 and on monday 19th December he has reached at historical Margherita town where he travelled Margherita and than move towards no.1 golai Dharmachakra Buddha Bihar, Digboi where he was welcomed with traditional Assamese phoolam gamosha by the committee members said Swarup Barua Zonal secretary of Federation of Barua Buddhist Welfare Association of Assam (FBBWAA) and Malay Barua general secretary of Central Digboi Buddha Vihar.
Adhiraj Barua said that doing All India Tour on my bi-cycle was my aim and passion to spread Lord Buddha message of World peace,National Integration and environment pollution control which around 22000 km estimated distance I cycle covering all the states of our country which will be completed in estimated 1 year and 6 months.
I started my Journey through bicycle on 1st October 2021 and its almost 1 year I have covered 27 states ( Orissa, Chattisgarh, Andra Pradesh, Telegana, Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry, Kerala, Karnataka, Goa, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Delhi, Haryana, Chandigarh, Punjab, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Himachal, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand, Bihar, Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam) and from Margherita I will go to Mizoram, Meghalaya,Nagaland and Tripura said Abhiraj Barua.
My father Alok Ranjan Barua also did the same All India cycle tour in the year 1987 from Jamsedpur,Jharkhand and from him I got inspiration to spread Lord Buddha message of World peace, Brotherhood, Unity and National integration said Abhiraj Barua.
