A workshop on Rajbhasha Hindi was organised on 20 Dec, 2022 for the employees of Airports Authority of India working at the Regional Headquarter, North East Region, Guwahati. The workshop was inaugurated by Sanmukh Jugani, Regional Executive Director, AAI at the Regional Training Centre, Guwahati.
Addressing the participants, Jugani said that our North East Region has made impressive progress in last few months in implementing Rajbhasha Hindi and as a result, AAI has been recognised with Rajbhasha Award by union Home Ministry, Department of Rajbhasha for the year 2021-22. It is the dedication and hard work of our employees that AAI North East Region has been given with this award. Participants should take advantage of this type of workshop so that they become technically competent working in Hindi. And if they face any difficulties, the help of expert and the department must be taken, he added.
The day long workshop was organised in four different sessions where employees from different departments participated. Nodal officers of the NE Airports participated through the video link.
In the first session, Deepak Kumar, Technical Expert, Home Ministry, Department of Rajbhasha lectured on ‘Kanthasth 2.0’ the new software of Hindi. In the second session he explained on various other useful software of Rajbhasha.
Third session focused on ‘Use of Hindi through technical means’ which was deeply explained by Dheeraj Kumar Sharma, Assistant Manager, Rajbhasha. Gian Batra, General Manager, Human Resource shared knowledge on Use of Hindi in administrative correspondence, difficulties and its solutions in the last concluding session.
The workshop was organised and coordinated by Arvind Kumar Tiwari, Senior Manager, Rajbhasha wherein he thanked all the participants, lecturers for their insightful sessions and also urged all to use ‘Kanthasth 2.0’ the new indigenous software of Hindi in day-to-day w
