On 27 Dec’2022, a reliable input was received by BSF intelligence branch regarding transportation of suspected Yaba tablets in a white colour Alto car along Katigorah – Kalain Road on NH-06 towards Meghalaya side.Accordingly, a joint Ops was planned by BSF troops of 1 Bn BSF along with rep from Karimganj Customs Division.*On 28 Dec 2022, at about 0120 hrs, Ops party intercepted the suspected Alto car* near Hilara Railway crossing on Katigorah – Kalain road, NH-06.
*On searching the Alto Car bearing Regd. No ML-05 P -8654, suspected Yaba Tablets concealed inside left door of rear seat was recovered and seized.* Driver of vehicle was also apprehended.

ii) 01 Alto Car (Regd No. ML 05 P 8654) @ Rs. 2,00,000/- (Approx)
