In Tripura, BJP releases a list of 48 Candidates and Congress 17 upcoming Assembly election in February 2023.
CM Manik Saha to contest from Town Bordowali seat. Union minister Pratima Bhowmick will contest the assembly elections from Dhanpat.
Pratima Bhowmick is a union minister and Lok Sabha MP from Tripura.
BJP Tripura unit president Rajiv Bhattacharjee will contest from Banamalipur.
On Saturday morning Congress releases 17 candidates list MLA Sudip Roy Barman will contest from the Agartala constituency, Gopal Roy will contest from Banamalipur, former MLA Ashish Kumar Saha will contest from Town Bordowali where present CM Dr. Manik Saha will contest as a BJP candidate and Birajit Singha will contest from Kailashar seat.
In Tripura Assembly Election will be held on February 16 counting of votes will be taken up on March 2.
