In Nagaland, Neiphiu Rio takes oath as chief minister of Nagaland
The oath-taking event in Kohima on Tuesday.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah was also present at Kohima oath-taking event.
Rio won the Northern Angami-II Assembly constituency of Nagaland.
Nationalist Democratic Progressive Party (NDPP) and its ally – Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) won a total of 37 seats – 25 with NDPP and 12 with BJP – in the 60-member Assembly which was recently held.
