Another achievement of a dancer from Assam Madhuchhanda Dutta Choudhury, who is originally from Silchar and staying in Guwahati recently awarded the Rashtriya Gaurav Assam Ratna Award 2023 (Dancer of the Year) by MSSF on Mothers day.
Earlier she was awarded with NrityaBibhusan award in Nagpur Maharashtra.
Recently one dance article about Madhuchhanda’s dance life was also published in a Swedish Journal written by Bengt Berg in Swedish language after she performed an Odissi item in International Writer’s Meet Guwahati.
Madhuchanda is the student of famous Odissi exponent Dona Ganguly wife of former Indian cricket captain Saurabh Ganguly.
