Kumar Waii former home minister of Arunachal Pradesh joins Congress in New Delhi on Wednesday in the presence of Congress National General Secretary KC Venugopal and Arunachal Pradesh Congress Committee working President Bosiram Iram.
In 2014-19, Wali served as as the Minister of Home and Urban Development in the previous Arunachal government which was led by present Chief Minister Pema Khandu.
Recently Kumar Waii attacked Pema Khandu Government of Arunachal Pradesh accusing it of misusing the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA) and public funds.
