Spear Corps Warriors conducted an Interaction and Welfare Camp at Jagun in Tinsukia district of Assam for Veterans of Indian Armed Forces and Assam Rifles.
The event focused on the issues being faced by the Veterans and is organised from time to time in order to resolve them. The Camp provided information about various Government Schemes and benefits available to the Veterans. The Ex-Servicemen were also informed about the various initiatives taken by the Indian Army and Assam Rifles to strengthen it’s relationship with the Ex-servicemen community. A walk-in medical checkup by was also part of the event. Indian Army is committed to provide all possible support and assistance to the Veterans. About hundred Veterans attended the event.
