Assam Rifles, under the aegis of IGAR (South), organized an informative lecture and seminar on ‘How to Join the Army/Assam Rifles’ in the village of Beheng, Churachandpur district, on September 16th, 2023.
The primary objective of this comprehensive lecture and seminar on the pathways available to joining the Army/Assam Rifles was to educate young individuals about the process of entering the Armed Forces, with a strong emphasis on inspiring them to take pride in serving their nation. The event also addressed the imperative need to shield young people from engaging in anti-social activities, promoting a healthy lifestyle & channeling their energy into socially beneficial endeavours. A total of 14 participants, all under the age of 20, attended this enlightening event.
