Modi Battalion of Assam Rifles joined hands with the District Administration Chandel, Chandel Police, Manipur Rifles, District Sports Association Chandel, and the Royal Riders Club Chandel to carry out a cleanliness drive at the District Sports Complex (Chandel Mini Stadium).
This collaborative effort aimed at promoting cleanliness and community participation. The event saw the active participation of 150 volunteers, including representatives from Assam Rifles, Manipur Rifles, District Police, District Administrative Chandel, and civil society members. The cleanliness drive started at 6 am and continued until 10 am, displaying the dedication of all the participants towards upholding cleanliness and hygiene in the community.
The volunteers worked tirelessly to clean up the District Sports Complex, collecting and disposing of litter to ensure the area was spotless.
