Assam Rifles under the aegis of IGAR (South), provided critical Medical First Aid to a resident of Shangshak village on 07th October.
Assam Rifles provided critical aid and immediate medical assistance to Mrs. Hormaion , a 52 yr old woman of Shangshak village. The woman is a patient of Cancer and kidney problem. She was immediately given medical attention by Unit Medical Reps and administered with Glucose Drips. Blood Pressure and Heart Rate of the patient was also monitored and stabilised with medication. The village authorities and her immediate family members were informed. The medical reps of Assam Rifles recommended that proper care to be taken and due medication to be followed after showing the patient at JNIMS, Imphal.
The quick and prompt assistance provided by the Assam Rifles at the right time were much appreciated by her family members.
