N. F. Railway has decided to continue the periodic services of special train no. 05638/05637 (Silchar – Naharlagun – Silchar) and Special train no. 05628/05627 (Agartala – Guwahati – Agartala), upto February, 2024.
These trains will run with the existing days of service, timings, stoppages and composition. The details of both the special train services are as follows:
Special train on. 05638 (Silchar – Naharlagun) will continue with its services every Monday, from 4th December, 2023 till 26th February, 2024. Similarly, Special train no. 05637 (Naharlagun – Silchar) services will be extended on every Tuesday, from 5th December, 2023 till 27th February, 2024. The services of both the trains will be further extended for 13 trips from its earlier notified period on 27th & 28th of November, 2023, respectively.
Special train on. 05628 (Agartala-Guwahati) will continue with its services every Thursday, from 7th December, 2023 till 29th February, 2024. Similarly, train no. 05627 (Guwahati-Agartala) services will be extended on every Friday, from 8th December, 2023 till 1st March, 2024. The services of both the trains will be further extended for 13 trips from its earlier notified period i.e., on 30th November & 1st December, 2023, respectively.
The extension of these train services will benefit wait listed passengers of other trains in those routes. The details of stoppages and timings of these trains are available at IRCTC website and are also being notified in various newspapers and social media platforms of N. F. Railway. Passengers are requested to verify the details before undertaking their journey.
