Assam Rifles under the aegis of IGAR (South) organised a “Welfare and Rehabilitation Board meeting, at ARESA, IMPHAL EAST, MANIPUR on 16th December 2023 and same was attended by veterans of Assam Rifles which included three Junior Commissioned officers, 40xOther ranks and two Veer Naris.
During this meeting, various issues projected by members of ARESA were addressed and they were informed about the latest Career counselling cum Pre Recruitment training drives for their dependents run by Assam Rifles. In addition, the attendees were also given a preview about the various schemes launched by the central govt and DGAR for the Ex Servicemen of Assam Rifles.
