SPORTS FOR UNITY AND WELL-BEING IN WANGKHEI, IMPHAL WEST DISTRICT
Under the OP SADBHAVANA Initiative, Assam Rifles distributed sports items at Wangkhei Khunou, Imphal West District. The assortment included footballs, volleyballs, badminton sets, and football boots, fostering a sense of unity, discipline, and well-being among sports enthusiasts.The initiative encourages the spirit of sportsmanship for a robust community.
RELIEF MATERIALS REACH REMOTE VILLAGES OF CHANDEL DISTRICT
Continuing their Operation SADBHAVANA efforts, Assam Rifles distributed Relief Material Packages to Khullen, S Moulnom, and K Bethal villages in Chandel District. This initiative aims to address local needs, fostering positive changes and contributing to the socio-economic fabric of the region.
COMBATING DRUG ABUSE AND COMMUNITY AID IN MOREH, TEGNOUPAL DISTRICT
Under the Assam Rifles Civic Action Program (AR CAP), Assam Rifles conducted a community workshop at Addulam Drug Rehabilitation Centre, Moreh, Tengnoupal. The workshop educated attendees on the dangers of drug abuse, with 130 participants actively engaging. Simultaneously, essential items were distributed in T Minou Village, emphasizing Assam Rifles’ commitment to building a resilient, drug-free society.
