SangChal organised an awareness session on Swami Vivekananda and his life teaching among 100 youths on 3rd March,Sunday.
In this session they organised an Art competition on the topic “Awaken your inner power by unlocking the wisdom of Vivekananda” and Sohan Sharma was the judge of the contest.
They also collaborated with Vivekananda Kenda Sevak team, and Balram das , the leading patron of this team was their chief guest who gave a speech on Vivekananda and his life.
The NGO also falicated 10 women from the slums, who ate single mothers or windows and are solely managing their families by doing odd jobs like maid, nurse etc on the upcoming occasion of Women’s Day.
Their president Sucharita Dhar said,“ it’s important to acknowledge real woman superheroes whom no one knows and who have struggled to raise a family and earn a living alone” The NGO put a lot of emphasis on Yoga & Meditation and its benefits in day to day life, and conducted LIVE group meditation session during the event. Their new secretary Monideepa Das said, “ The purpose of this program was to ignite the fire of Swamiji’s teaching among the young generation, and inspire them to walk on this path , and we successfully did that through this foundation day program.”
