ARMY ORGANISES EX SERVICEMEN MEDICAL CAMP AT MURSHIDABAD DISTRICT

The Indian Army, in its continued commitment to serve communities, successfully conducted a Medical camp on 22 March 2024 for the Veterans hailing from Murshidabad District of West Bengal. A large number of Ex-servicemen attended the event. The event organised under the aegis of Brahmastra Corps witnessed an overwhelming response from veterans highlighting the significant impact of such initiatives.

The Medical camp was held in close co-ordination with Desun Hospital, Kolkata which is a ECHS Empaneled Class-1 category Hospital under Ex-Army contributory health scheme.

 

The focus of the Medical camp was to reach out and connect to Ex-servicemen in order to provide essential healthcare services. The Medical camp witnessed checkup by well qualified doctors from various specialities including Physician, Cardiologist & Eye Specialist. Along with the Medical facilities, CSD facilities & free refreshment counters were also established for the Ex-servicemen who attended the event. Through these initiatives, the Indian Army remains steadfast in its mission to support veterans across the country.
