The Eastern Leg of Motorcycle Expedition commemorating 25 years of the victory in Kargil, christened ‘D5’ that was flagged off from Dinjan, Assam reached North Bengal & was Flagged In by Trishakti Corps on 15th June.
The motorcyclists, from Indian Army are on a journey to Drass, travelling 4000 kms as an ode to the Kargil war heroes.
The team paid homage at the Trishakti Corps War Memorial, interacted with the Kargil War Heroes from the region & Veterans, visited the TriShakti Heritage Centre & interacted with school children.
The team was flagged off by COS Trishakti Corps on 16 June for further move to Drass.
