Operation Sindoor Update:Fresh drone attack by Pakistan in J& K and Western border,Indian Army retaliates

On the night of 8–9 May 2025, Pakistan launched 300–400 drones across 36 Indian locations — from Leh to Sir Creek  targeting military infrastructure. Indian forces neutralised the attack using both kinetic & non-kinetic tech. An armed UAV strike on Bhatinda was also thwarted.

India hit back hard with precision drone strikes, taking out 4 Pakistani air defence sites, including a radar system.

In a dangerous move, Pakistan kept its civil airspace open, risking civilian flights even amid the assault. Escalation continues with LoC shelling & drone attacks causing casualties.

Fresh Pakistani Drones have been sighted in Jammu, Samba & Pathankot, some places in Rajasthan and Gujarat.They are being engaged. Indian Army retaliates.

India has activated its air defence systems once again after Pakistan escalated tensions along the Line of Control and International Border by launching swarm drones. The drones targeted areas including Jammu, Uri, Pathankot, and Amritsar. Air sirens were sounded and a complete blackout was imposed for safety. The Indian air defence system successfully intercepted and neutralised all drones and missiles fired by Pakistan, including those aimed at Jammu, Samba, Kathua, Udhampur, Rajouri, Poonch, Pathankot, and Gurdaspur.
