Gajraj Corps Organised Mega Ex-Servicemen Rally at Tenga Military Station, Arunachal Pradesh

GajrajCorps , Indian Army reaffirmed its commitment towards the welfare of Veterans, Veer Naris, and their families by organising a Mega Ex-Servicemen Rally at Tenga Military Station, Arunachal Pradesh, on 14 June 2025.

The occasion was graced by the Governor of Arunachal Pradesh, Lieutenant General KT Parnaik(Retd). He was accompanied by the General Officer Commanding, Gajraj Corps, the General Officer Commanding, Ball of Fire Division, and a large number of senior military and civil dignitaries.

The rally witnessed the enthusiastic participation of over 800 veterans, Veer Naris, Veerangnas, and their dependants.

*The event received active support from several key organisations, including:*

• Army Welfare Placement Organisation (AWPO)

• Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme (ECHS)

• Directorate of Indian Army Veterans (DIAV)

• Army Recruiting Office (ARO), Jorhat

• State Resettlement Office

• Various departments of the State Administration

The rally featured Grievance Redressal Cells, a medical and blood donation camp, and cultural performances, which reflected the enduring and respectful bond between the Indian Army and its veteran community.

This periodic outreach, jointly undertaken by the Indian Army and the State Administration, aimed to honour the invaluable service of the veterans and their families, while enabling their continued role in nation-building through their unflinching loyalty and selfless dedication to the country.
