Based on specific intelligence, Assam Rifles launched an operation to conduct search in the general area , Zote, Champhai, Mizoram.
During the search operation, the team recovered 1.11 kgs of Methamphetamine tablets valued approximately 3.03 Crores from a Myanmar national named Mr Lalfakawma.
The contraband and the individual have been handed over to the Excise and Narcotics Department, Champhai.
