High-End Supercars Set for Three-Day Sikkim Rally

The Super Car Rally, being held from December 11 to 15, 2025, is a self-funded and self-driven initiative organised in collaboration with the Government of Sikkim and the Black Cat Division under the aegis of the Trishakti Corps of the Indian Army. Led by the Mumbai-based Super Car Route group, the convoy reached Siliguri today as part of its scheduled halt.

The rally features an impressive lineup of 18 high-performance supercars, including premium models such as Lamborghinis and Porsches. The participants were formally flagged off from HQ33 Corps, Sukna, Darjeeling District, this evening marking the beginning of their three-day drive across the Himalayan landscape. The route takes the convoy along the NH-10 corridor, a vital mountain highway that gradually ascends from the plains of Siliguri into the winding terrain of Sikkim. The drive offers a blend of sharp climbs, river-hugging stretches, and panoramic viewpoints as the participants make their way towards Gangtok, from where they will continue their onward expedition through Sikkim’s alpine terrain.

The event aims to position Sikkim as one of India’s most scenic and premier driving destinations, offering participants a unique opportunity to experience the state’s breathtaking natural beauty and well-maintained mountain routes.

Despite the challenging topography and the sophisticated engineering of the vehicles involved, the safety manager has confirmed that the Himalayan region is well suited for the rally. This assurance follows detailed route assessments and coordination with local authorities to ensure smooth navigation and participant safety.

The rally brings together a diverse group of drivers, comprising seasoned auto enthusiasts, first-time participants, and women drivers, reflecting the inclusive and adventurous spirit of the event.
