On the occasion of Holi, Governor of Assam, Lakshman Prasad Acharya Celebrated the festival with Assam Rifles troops at HQ IGAR (EAST) at Srikona, Silchar with much fervour.
A vibrant pipe band display and kukri dance was performed by the Assam Rifles troops as part of the celebration.He joined the troops in the celebration of colours, exchanging festive greetings and applying colour.
The Governor lauded the dedication and unwavering commitment of the troops in safeguarding the nation.
