On the occasion of the 13th anniversary of Silchar-based weekly Bengali newspaper and digital media platform “Jubo Darpan”, a grand cultural programme and felicitation ceremony is going to be organized on Sunday, 31st May in Guwahati, in association with the voluntary organization Netaji Chatra Yuba Sangstha.
At the event, prominent personalities from Assam, Tripura, Meghalaya, and West Bengal will be felicitated, and Silchar’s young social worker and cultural activist Biplab Dey will be honoured with the “Jubo Darpan Excellent Awards 2026” in recognition of his remarkable contributions to the social and cultural fields.
