Finally, Election Commission bans all victory processions on May 2nd, both during and after counting. News agency ANI reported it.
As per an order issued by the poll panel a day after the Madras High Court on 26 April.
The Madras High Court said for a plan to enforce Covid rules on May 2 the day of the results by Friday. Without it, the counting could also be stopped.
