Nilakanta Sharma, Pukhrambam Sushila Chanu of Manipur and Lalremsiami of Mizoram named in the Indian Men’s and Women’s Hockey squad for the Tokyo Olympics.
Sushila Chanu hails from Thangmeiband and Nilakanta Sharma hails from Ahallup of Manipur.
Mizoram’s Lalremsiami represented the U-18 side at the Asian Youth Olympic Games qualifier, which her side finished second.
Lalremsiami also represents the senior team which was won Gold in the 2017 Asia Cup.
