As part of “Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav‟ to celebrate India‟s 75 years of Independence, PMAY Urban Meghalaya in collaboration with the Department of Music, St Anthony‟s College, Shillong on Thursday organised a “Platform to Phawar” under the theme „Ka Sur ki Khlawait- Rynsan ia Phawar‟ at Don Bosco Square.
