Governor of Arunachal Pradesh and Meghalaya, Brigadier (Dr) BD Mishra (Retd), visited Headquarters Eastern Air Command on 15 Dec 22.
The Governor was received by Air Marshal SP Dharkar, Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Eastern Air Command.
The Governor delivered a talk on ‘Civil-Military Relations in the North East which was attended by Officers from the Indian Army and Headquarters Eastern Air Command.
The Governor also interacted with the Officers over tea.
