Ahead of the eagerly anticipated opening day clash between India and Spain, at the Birsa Munda Hockey Stadium, Chief Minister of host state Odisha Naveen Patnaik and General Secretary of Hockey India Bhola Nath Singh, felicitated the Chief Minister of Sikkim,Prem Singh Tamang, in the presence of FIH President Mr. Tayyab Ikram and President of Hockey India Mr. Dilip Tirkey.
