Indian Army Launches Super 30 Initiative to mentor Local Youth Aspiring to become officer in Armed Forces

Indian Army, in partnership with Oil India Ltd, is planning to conduct a major social emancipation project, by training potential officer candidates to face the selection process in the Indian Armed Forces.

Towards that end, Army is going to identify, coach and guide children of class XI, XII and Graduation students for NDA & CDS respectively. The programme is aimed at increasing the representation of Youth of Assam as Commissioned Officers in Defence Services.

The outreach is being conducted in at DPS Khanpara, Guwahati on 19th March and 26th March 2023 and at Maharishi Vidya Mandir on 24th March 2023 respectively. Similarly outreach will also be undertaken at Assam Valley School, Tezpur on 18th March and 25th March 2023.

The outreach will include interaction, screening and medical examination to shortlist 30 students, who would be trained for NDA and CDS exams and SSB interview.

The shortlisted students will be coached by Nationally renowned coaching Institute (Georgian Academy for Professional Studies) in residential and day boarding format totally free of cost.
