Assam Rifles under the aegis of IGAR (S) is imparting training to 90 NCC girl cadets of St Joseph College, Ukhrul from 27 Oct – 09 Nov , as part of their Annual Institutional Training Camp organised by the 65th Manipur Girls Battalion.
As part of the Camp, till date the cadets have been imparted comprehensive training on drill and tent pitching. Further, lectures were conducted enlightening the cadets about the importance of discipline, hardwork and the various opportunities available to them for pursuing careers in the Armed Forces. To conclude the daily training, an interactive session is held at the end of each training session wherein the cadets participate enthusiastically and share their experiences of the day.
