Assam Rifles as part of its “Drug Free Mizoram initiative” is supporting rehabilitation of 08 drug addicts,(4 male & 4 female) in Champhai dist. The support will aid the treatment and recovery of individuals battling addiction. By addressing the critical issue of drug menance that affects not only the individuals involved but also the broader community, Assam Rifles has once again lived upto its motto of ” Friends of the North East”. The initiative ensures that the individuals receive the best care and support available.
Event was witnessed by VCPs, YMA members and rehabilitation centre staff and this initiative was highly appreciated by locals of Champhai.
