Senior Congress leader Shashi Tharoor fully confidence that Congress will form government in Mizoram.
Addressing a press meet in Thiruvananthapuram that Mizoram will be the first state in the Northeast where the Congress will return to power after 2014 when the BJP formed the government at the Centre.
In 2018, the Congress was in third position in Mizoram just manage 5 out of 40 seats.
