In its ongoing commitment to the youths of Community, Assam Rifles under the aegis of IGAR(S) provided one day workshop on career guidance to students at United College, Chandel on 29th November 2023.
A One day workshop on career guidance and counseling for Students was organised by Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) in association with Career Guidance and Counseling Committee United College, Lambung, Chandel and sponsored by Directorate of University & Higher Education, Govt. Of Manipur under College Students Mentoring Initiatives (COSMI), Phase-I.
Company Commander of Assam Rifles and B . D. Maria Anal, Asst. Professor, Dept. of Pol. Science shared information, opportunities and personal experiences on their respective sectors.
This programme marked a significant step towards choosing the right career to the students & Youths of the district.
The event witnessed an overwhelming response from the students of Chandel District with appx 50 students, youths and teachers benefitted.
The students and organizers expressed their gratitude to Assam Rifles as it enlightened on various opportunities in Armed forces as a career.
